Sign In to GroupNews
Whether you're a member of one Group or many, you can use the same email address to sign in to all of them. Read on to learn how to sign in to GroupNews with your email address.
Sign In to your Group
Sign in with Email
- From your browser, visit https://groupnews.com/signin.
- Enter your email address and click Continue.
- Enter your account password when prompted, and optionally click the "Remember Me" checkbox. Then click Sign In.
- If you've configured your account with Two Factor Authentication, enter the code generated by your Authenticator app to finish signing in.
Sign in with Single Sign-On (SSO)
If your Enterprise Group has enabled Single Sign-On, take these steps to sign in:
- From your browser, visit https://groupnews.com/signin.
- Enter your email address and click Continue
- Click the Continue with Single Sign-On button to finish signing in using your organization's SSO flow.
Note: If your Enterprise Group has configured GroupNews to use their identity provider's sign in flow, you can go tohttps://[Group URL].groupnews.com/signin
, where[Group URL]
corresponds you your Group's unique URL, and you will be brought directly to your organization sign in flow.
Troubleshooting issues with signing in
If you're not able to sign into GroupNews, here is how you can troubleshoot some of the most common issues.
You Forgot Your Password
- From your browser, visit https://groupnews.com/signin.
- Enter your email address and click Continue
- Above the password field, find the link that says Forgot Your Password? and click it.
- We'll send you password reset email. When you get it, click the Change My Password button. You'll be brought to the password reset flow. Follow the instructions to set a new password.

You're not receiving emails from GroupNews
First, check your junk folder to see if GroupNews emails are ending up there. If so, you can add hello@groupnews.com
to your email contact list, so your email program doesn't send GroupNews there in the future.
If you're using a work email for your GroupNews account, it's possible that GroupNews emails are getting filtered out by your company's email filters. In that case, reach out to your IT administrator to ask them to whitelist emails from groupnews.com
