Reset Your Password
Did you forget your account password? Here are the steps you can take in order to sign back into GroupNews.
Reset Your Password
- Visit https://groupnews.com/signin.
- Enter the email address you used to register with GroupNews and click Continue.
- On the next screen, click the Forgot your password? link.
- After a moment, check your email inbox for a password reset email from GroupNews. Click the link in the email to go to the password reset page.
- Enter a new password twice—make sure it’s strong!—then click Save New Password.
- Your new password will be saved, and you will be logged in.
Note: For the security of your account, your password must be at least 8 characters long, and reasonably hard to guess. Common passwords such as
password
orasdf1234
will be rejected as too weak.
Troubleshooting
Why didn’t I get a password reset email?
Check your spam or junk folder. If GroupNews emails are getting marked as Junk, you might be able to mark them as Not Junk in your email program. You can also ask your company’s IT department to allow emails from @groupnews.com.
I don’t have access to the email address on my account
For security purposes, you need to be able to access the email inbox which is associated with your GroupNews account. If that’s not possible, ask your Group owner or administrator to update the email address linked to your account.
