Invite new members to your Group

Only Group administrators and owners can add new members. You have two easy options:

Get a sharable invite link

Admins can create a single link that works for up to 500 people.

  1. Sign in to GroupNews and click your Group name (top-left).
  2. Choose Invite people to [Group name].
  3. Select Get a shareable invite link.
  4. Copy the link and send it however you like—email, chat, or text.

How it works:

  • Recipients can sign in or create a free GroupNews account, then join with one click.
  • Links expire after 30 days (or sooner, if you change the setting) and stop working after 500 uses. Create a fresh link anytime.

Send individual invitations

  1. Sign in, click your Group name, and choose Invite people to [Group name].
  2. Enter one or more email addresses.
  3. Click Invite.
Tip: Approve entire email domains so anyone with that address can join without waiting for an invitation.

Invitation Limits

Premium & Enterprise Unlimited Invite as many people as you need.
Lite 100 seats total You can invite only the number of open seats. Example: 80 members → 20 seats left.
