Getting Started for New Group Members

Welcome to GroupNews, your organization’s one-stop hub for internal news and conversation. Follow these steps to get up and running:

  1. Sign in to your Group
    Use the link in your invitation email—or your organization’s custom URL—to log in. If you can’t access your account, contact a Group administrator for help.
  2. Explore the feed
    Browse recent Stories, Events, and Deadlines to see what’s happening across the organization. Click any item to view details, attachments, and related discussions.
  3. Join the conversation
    At the bottom of every post you’ll find a discussion thread. Add comments, reply to colleagues, upload files, and use @mentions to loop in others who should weigh in.
  4. Dive deeper
    • Quick-Start Guide: Read the full overview to learn how Groups, Channels, and admin roles keep information organized.
    • Notifications: Customize your email and in-app alerts so you never miss an update.
    • Profile: Add a photo and short bio to help teammates recognize you.
    • Participate in discussions.
